Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Guest Service Agent at The Magani Hotel and Spa located in Kuta. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests, handling guest inquiries and requests, coordinating guest check-in and check-out, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay for all guests. You will also assist with concierge services, including arranging transportation and booking reservations.
