Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Special Education (SPED) Teacher at The Therapy House Inc. located in Dasmariñas. As a SPED Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering specialized instruction to students with disabilities, creating individualized education plans (IEPs), and collaborating with other educators and therapists to support student learning and development.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field
• Valid teaching license or certification in Special Education
• Experience working with students with disabilities, such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), or Learning Disabilities
• Knowledge of evidence-based teaching strategies and instructional adaptations for students with special needs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students with special needs succeed
