Customer Support Specialist – Medical Device Manufacturing Industry

QUICK FACTS
• Location: Remote, USA
• Pay Range: $18.50 - $21.00/hr.
• Duration: Temp to hire
• Hours: 8 hour shift within a 6am-6pm window (determined based on need)

Experience You Will Need
• 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a technical support field
• Experience with electronic documentation systems, HIPAA environments, and IT helpdesk support is ideal
• Patience, empathy and communication are key

MAIN DUTIES OF THE JOB
• Respond timely and satisfactory to resolve customer inbound calls and on-line contacts regarding medical device product
• Troubleshooting technical issues related to the product
• Document each interaction into the CRM accurately
