QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

•BS Engineering course or a graduate of Technical Course at least 4 years minimum is required

•Preferably Licensed Engineer

•Minimum five (5) years of experience in the Power Generation or related industry in a technical (Engineering) position.

•Certified Lubrication Specialist would be an advantage.

•Certified Reliability Professional would be an advantage.

KNOWLEDGE OF:

•Power generation technology and specifically Engineering processes.

•Reliability principles and methodology

•Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) and Reliability Block Diagram (RBD).

•Long Term Plant Health Index (LPTHI) and Asset Health Index (AHI)

•Maintenance Strategies

•Reliability Models

•Root Cause Analysis

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

•Good command of the English language (writing and speaking) is required

•Excellent command in MS Office including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
