Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Staff member at Relax Resort Hotel [ALCAZABA] located in Atami. The Front Desk Staff member will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to hotel guests, checking guests in and out of the hotel, answering phone calls and emails, making reservations, and handling guest complaints and requests. The Front Desk Staff member will also ensure that guests have a positive experience during their stay, and will represent the hotel at all times.

Qualifications
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of guests and requests
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure and in difficult situations
• Fluency in Japanese
• Open for who lives in Japan
