Our Client in the Cultivation Industry is seeking a Qualified Food Technologist to join their team.

Duties & Responsibilities

Minimum requirements:
• Relevant bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 3 - 4 years of experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements from Department of Health, SAHPRA, GAP, and GMP
• Strong understanding of quality control systems and quality assurance protocols
• Proficiency in document control processes and record management systems

Duties:
• Provide GMP-GAP training to all cultivation and in-house staff
• Ensure proper storage and efficient retrieval of records
• Conduct annual product quality reviews
• Develop and review Quality Policy and Standards, as well as Analytical Methodologies
• Coordinate vendor development and approval processes
• Provide support for validation activities
• Conduct internal audits
