• Booking hotels, inns, guest houses, etc. for lodging of your guests as per the budget
• Arranging various meals and snacks
• Keeping a list of various accommodations and their occupants
• Placing wedding collaterals
• Coordinating with the hotel for airport pick-up & drop facility
• Working on guest arrivals and departure management
• Welcome desk & helplines at the airport
• Setting up hospitality desk at the hotel lobbies
