Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure orderly housekeeping work. -Maintain the general cleanliness of hotel guest room and public areas according to the hotel standards and procedures and daily cleaning quota. -Conduct daily inspection of rooms to ensure cleanliness and brand standards are consistently being met. -Investigate complaint regarding housekeeping service and take corrective action when necessary. -Planning schedule and conduct training for housekeeping staff or new hire. - Able to communicate in Bahasa Melayu and English. - Have knowledge in computer knowledge. - Relevant working experience in the Hospitality industry. - Housekeeping ( Min 1 year ) - Housekeeping Supervisor ( Min 1 year )
