Pitching for new customers and to add placement for existing customers.
- Maintain good relationships & communicate feedback from customers.
- Monitoring customer records related to sales & products (to avoid losses).
- Provide information and support to the technical, operation & account division related to complaints, machine damage, sale & products.
- Ensure the machine in the location works & can be used to the maximum.
- Market analysis and feedback to management on current industry trends & treats.
- Giving cooperation and solutions to customers when the machine has a problem.
• *Job Requirements**
- Education: A diploma or degree in a relevant field is required.
- Experience: Applicants should have at least 3 years of experience in a related field if they hold a diploma, or 2 years of experience if they hold a degree.
- Willing to work at Kluang, Johor.
• *Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
• *Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
