A leading Retail company is looking for a skilled Internal Operations Co-ordinator to be based in Krugersdorp, Johannesburg. If you have a passion within the retail sector, please read requirements below:

Duties include, but not limited to:
• Creating and maintaining operational procedures
• Conducting resource planning and allocation
• Tracking and analysing operational data
• Co-ordinating with different departments for seamless workflow
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and standards
• Creating and Maintaining stock controls
• Managing online and online-store queries
• Managing and maintaining store system stock
• Customer Complaint Liaison
• Managing and recording Customer Complaints
• Maintenance team liaison and tracking of issues/discussions
• Prepare various reports and analyses as required
• Addressing any operational issues or challenges that arise.
