WellingtonA future-focused, innovative technology company seeks a Service and Support National Manager to coach, mentor, and lead the team and influence change within the energy sector. This individual must have excellent support and customer service. As the Service and Support National Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of customer service and support operations on a national scale. Your primary objective will be to ensure the delivery of exceptional service experiences to customers while maximizing efficiency and effectiveness across all service channels.
Minimum Requirements
• Customer Support or Customer Success Management in a technical and or manufacturing environment or any relevant degree would be an advantage.
• An Electronics background is a must-have
