Technical IT Specialist responsible for installation, maintenance, configuration, support, and service improvements in the OT environment for IOT Clients.

Key Deliverables / Primary Functions
• Overseeing of project execution by teams
• Management & Client reporting
• Managing Calls
• Be able to work independently
• Mentoring of Junior Colleagues

Functional Skills and Knowledge Required
• Active Directory design and support
• Database administration
• VMWare design and support
• Background of monitoring, backup and anti-virus solutions
• Knowledge and understanding of Networks and Network technology
• Experience in a mining environment.
• Rugged Device and Digital Signage knowledge will be an advantage
