1. Daily Ammonia lekeage testing
2. Operating & maintaining of spiral freezer, IQF, Blast Freezer, plate freezer
3. Maintain suction, discharge, intermediate & oil pressure of compressor on daily basis
4. Trouble shooting refrigeration equipment failure
5. Daily recording of cold storage temperature
6. Knowledge of water softener plant
7. Online Maintenance
8. Planning & execution of preventive Maintenance
9. Basic knowledge of electrical & wiring
10. Helping in General Maintenance
