We are looking for a teammate to work with the title of ‘ Director of Human Resources ‘ for The Land of Legends, which belongs to our hotels group operating in the international tourism sector.

General Qualifications
• Graduated from relevant undergraduate departments of universities (Industrial Engineering, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Labor Economics, etc.)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Human Resources Director in the same/similar sector or a structure of similar scale,
• Knowledge of all legislation and complementary legal regulations in the field of Human Resources,
• Good use of MS Office programs,
• Fluent in English,
• Developed negotiation skills, strong communication and human relations skills,
