Our client is leading technology company specializing in e-commerce and digital distribution.

About the role:

- Ensure all content includes current and relevant information
- Monitor content to protect users from harmful and destructive images and information
- Respond to all incoming enquiries with empathy, accuracy and in a timely manner
- Maintain a high level of quality in each case that you review
- Working schedule 24/7 (3 shifts: 8am
- 5pm, 2pm-11pm,11pm-8am)
- The position is fully on site in Porto Salvo, Lisbon, Portugal (shuttle bus available)

What we are looking for:

- Fluent level of German and English both written and spoken
- Experience in text editing, revision, or digital content analysis is an advantage
- Organized individual with great decision-making and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow well established guidelines
- Ability to work in fast paced environment and willingness to learn and develop
