Job Responsibility
• Manage Directorâs appointments and reallocation as necessary.
• Manage Directorâs travel arrangements.
• Maintain Directorâs office systems, including data management and filing.
• Screen calls, enquiries and requests, and deal with them when appropriate.
• Assist Director in researching and following up with action on matters which fall within the Directorâs responsibility including chasing responses, prompting follow-up action.
• Organize meetings and ensure that Director is well prepared for those meetings, preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings and meeting materials.
• Supervise all incoming and outgoing mail.
• Assisting in handling Directors personal and family matters.
• Any other duties as may reasonably be required by the Director
• Orders office supplies and monitor inventories
• Supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment, machines, kitchen utensils, toiletries and other assets.
• Prepares general correspondence, internal memos, etc.
