What you'll do
• We are seeking a Senior Manager of Service Introduction (SI) within our Group Service Management organisation, to lead and develop the Service Introduction f unction and team .
• D efine and deliver the SI strategy and vision within GSM , driving continual improve ment and ongoing maturity of the SI function.
