Operations Manager - Heywood - Nights

We are currently recruiting for an Operations Manager to lead our warehouse activity at Heywood during the night shifts.

Working hours will be 22.00 to 06.30 with 1 hour lunch working Monday to Friday.

Duties And Responsibilities
• Direct and monitor all shifts and department managers in the performance of their allocated functions. Ensure that targets and standards are achieved, and procedures followed as specified in their Job Descriptions.
• Complete all auditable functions/records required by the Company such as Health and Safety Compliance and Food Safety Compliance and to audit paperwork for the depot to ensure compliance from first line management and to raise awareness of the food safety system (HACCP) throughout the site.
