Our fast-paced bar is looking for a talented, dynamic individual to join our team as a Bar Manager. The Bar Manager will be expected to create innovative drink menus and oversee the smooth operation of the bar and kitchen. A successful candidate will be a creative and energetic leader who is capable of working well in a team setting.

Responsibilities

Ensure that all staff members are trained in food and drink preparation and service standards.

Manage the day-to-day activities of the bar department.

Inspect products to ensure they are in good condition and meet quality standards.

Ensure that all staff are informed about new products.

Monitor bar sales and maintain a proper inventory of stock.

Make staff schedule changes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £32,832.07-£35,662.77 per year
