Job Purpose Statement

The Health and Safety Coordinator is an important role within the Belinga Project. The focus of this role will be to offer support, advice and mentoring throughout the Exploration, Construction and Mining Operations of the Belinga Project. This will assist in ensuring the effective implementation of the Ivindo Health and Safety Management System and the achievement of the Ivindo strategic objectives.

Key to the success of this position is the ability to utilize your good interpersonal relationships with peers, supervisors and contractors through all levels of the project and the organization. Furthermore, making a Personal commitment ensuring and maintaining, competence consistently and a practical approach are crucial elements of this role.
