About the job

We're on the lookout for a Danish/Swedish speaking dynamo to join our team as a Customer Success Manager. In this role, you'll be our Swedish maestro, guiding our clients through the ins and outs of our platform and ensuring they're getting the most out of it. You'll be the friendly go-to person they turn to whenever they need help, advice, or just a bit of encouragement.

In other words, you will:
• Dive headfirst into both the Swedish and Danish market, building relationships and trust with our clients and becoming their go-to person for all things Conference Manager.
