Job Purpose and Impact

The Plant Skills Development Manager is responsible for skills-based learning for plant employees within Cargill, focused on the plant training experiences for EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) global strategic capabilities. The role will analyze plant skill requirements in a production environment, design high impact training strategies, build internal stakeholder commitment, develop deployment roadmaps and partner collaboratively to develop, launch and govern the product implementation experience across learning programs and resources.
