For our group of companies with offices in Malle, Tienen and Bornem, we are looking for a full-time clerk for the administrative follow-up of claims files and management of the insurance portfolio.

Duties include collecting information on claims, consulting with management on liability, and managing and optimizing insurance policies.

Required skills are a good knowledge of Dutch, and knowledge of English and French is a plus, as well as skills in Outlook, Excel, Word and SharePoint.

The work location is mainly in Malle, with occasional meetings in Tienen and Bornem.

• Gathering all information regarding the damage claimed : photos, amicable determinations (utility companies), amount, can causation be demonstrated, etc.
• Consultation with management about whether or not the company is liable
• Ensure that any expert assessments are planned for the right people within the company and ensure that attendance is confirmed to the parties involved.
