Short Summary:
The primary responsibility of this position is to plan and coordinate Bulk Oil loads.
Responsibilities:
Logistics Planning of Bulk Oil Loads (Primary Focus)
Planning and coordinating Bulk Oil delivered to clients and oils coming into the company.
Allocate sales and draft sales orders captured on the systems for the requested customer.
Update planning schedule according to set parameters on the shared file.
Communicate any requested planning changes that deviate from requested delivery dates to sales.
Planning sales delivery two weeks in advance according to draft sales orders.
Updating planning one week in advance and drafting the sales orders.
Finalizing planning 48 hours in advance with the sales orders.
Coordinate delivery schedule with the collection schedule to optimize truck efficiency.
Send Logistic Plan to all relevant parties by 10h00 the day before loading the trucks.
