We are looking for a HR Generalist for our global business partner.

Providing full HR support to plant employees; be first point of contact for all HR matters,
Conduct recruitment process from candidate search to onboarding, (both white and blue collar positions)
Collaborate closely with local functions and regional HR colleagues where needed, actively participate to HR activities and projects in time,
Preparing regular or ad hoc reports on HR metrics KPIs,
Managing payroll activities in collaboration with payroll service provider,
Leading all administration activities within plant in line with requirements.

nitelikler

Bachelors degree in relevant fields, (BA, social sciences, etc)
4 - 5 years solid HR Generalist / Partner experience, (preferably in manufacturing / operational environment)
Proven experience and knowledge in Turkish labor law and regulations,
Good command of written and spoken English,
Eager to learn, proactive and has can-do attitude. More Detail
