Service Advisor - Wonder Auto & Tire

This position is at Wonder Auto & Tire Lower Sackville, which is part of Shift Auto Group. Shift Auto Group consists of Fredericton Mitsubishi, Volvo Cars New Brunswick, Grand Falls Hyundai, Miramichi Kia, five (5)ReCar locations (Fredericton, Saint John, Moncton, Woodstock, and Halifax), 2 St Croix Auto locations (Fredericton and St Stephen), Velocity Autobody & nine (9) Wonder Auto locations across New Brunswick and Nova Scotia.

As a Service Advisor, you play a key role as part of our Service Team. Your role would be to work with our guests that trust us to complete maintenance and repairs on their vehicles and to provide them with an exceptional level of customer service.

In this role you would primarily:
• Assist guests in setting convenient appointment times,
• Confirm with guests any and all maintenance or services that are due,
• Communicate with guests after a visit with us to ensure we exceeded their expectations,
