• Provide administrative and secretarial support to the General Director, Administration Manager, HR, Finance and other areas of the business as directed.
• Arrange logistics for visitors, employees on business trip, relocation of employees, expats
• Filing of documentation and maintaining company’s document center both online and offline;
• Plan and execute annual charity events.
• Purchase goods for the company when required & arrange monthly/quarterly/annual payment as assigned.
• Prepare ADM team annual budget, CAPEX;
• Provide written and/or oral translations between English and Vietnamese as required.
• Comply Health and safety procedures at all times to ensure the security of all goods and property throughout the process.
