Introduction

Granor Passi (Pty) Ltd, a leading fruit processor in South Africa, its Head Office situated in Polokwane (Limpopo), seeks to employ a Fruit Coordinator in Polokwane Factory to effectively liaise with fruit providers, source fruit and maintain a good relationship by means of excellent communication.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Maintain and assure excellence in client communication
• Continuously liaise with providers to source fruit
• Coordinate Fruit Intake and Weigh Bridge activities such as daily liaison with internal departments on supply and demand of fruit, truck loading and service level agreements with transport companies
• Effective administration, processing and reconciling of documents
• Keep proper records for control and auditing purposes
• Ensure Food Safety Management Systems are in place to systematically identify and minimise food safety risks by using proactive, preventative measures and controls.
