Duties & Responsibilities

To follow up on waybills Purchase Requisition (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO);

Liaise with clients regarding outstanding PO;

Update PO reference number in the system;

Generate invoices based on the customer PO and in the correct period;

Split and attached all necessary documents with the invoice and submit;

Submit invoices to the customers with the proof that they have received it;

Send invoices to finance teams for account to GRV.

Desired Experience & Qualification
