Operations Manager to manage all operations pertaining Production (machine shop), Planning, Maintenance, Tooling, Projects, Quality Control, Health and Safety, Security and the Quality Management System Qualification
• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Industrial / Projects Engineering

Requirements
• Minimum 3 - 5 years operational management and production (machine shop) related experience
• Must have experience in dealing with HR / Labour related issues

Duties
• Manage and authorise all procurement related to operations / production.
• Manage all Human Resource related issues, including payroll administration.
• Responsible for all staffing requirements in the operations / production area.
• Responsible for housekeeping of the operations / production areas.
• Ensure that the tool room and maintenance equipment are adequately controlled.
