You will be responsible for providing customer service, which includes maintaining customer relations, sales and related admin, logistics and market research.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Developing and maintaining successful business relationships with customers at buyer to top management level

· Performing daily sales activities

· Actively seeking new customers and engaging with potential customers

· Regular visits to customers

· Identifying new product development opportunities by analysing customer needs and liaising with the Product Development department

· Introducing new products to the market

· Reporting on KPIs, market activity and current projects

· Keeping up with market trends, competitor pricing strategies and company objectives

· Assisting with and resolving client queries within company agreed timelines and providing feedback to all relevant parties

· Preparing and presenting professional presentations to customers

· Managing customer expectations
