Results Required: - 3% downtime in order to contribute to the achieving of targeted through put - Conduct preventative maintenance and adhere to manufacturer’s schedules - Accurate administration and execution of job cards - Adhere to communicated SOPs which relate to Maintenance and the operations thereof - Eliminate wastage through Zero(0%) reworks, 100% attendance and Job planning - Effective shift handover to the next shift - 100% compliance to the Health & Safety permit system - Plan scheduled maintenance with Production Shift Manager to minimize plant downtime - Adhering to general manufacturing practices for the food environment Critical Competencies and Skills: - Strong leadership skills - Knowledge of Poultry Processing equipment and maintenance - Good interpersonal skills - Good planning and organizational skills - Flexibility and adaptability with regards to breakdowns and working hours As Sovereign is an equal opportunity employer, preference will be given to applicants of...
