For the vacancy of pastry chef NIGHT SHIFT in the Hoegaarden area, your daily schedule will be filled with the following tasks;
• You are responsible for EXCLUSIVELY preparing pastries such as chocolate pastries, croissants, butter cakes, turnovers, etc.
• You work with mechanical devices, such as a mechanical dough mixer, a weighing and dividing machine
• You plan and prepare the work
• You collect the necessary materials and store the finished products and raw materials
• You follow the predetermined recipes
• You apply the correct lifting and handling techniques
• You strictly follow hygiene and safety regulations and the instructions for using the machines
