Role Description

The Plant Head will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of plant operations, including production, scheduling, maintenance, and shipping. This is a full-time on-site role located in Anjar.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in plant management
• Experience in the pharma industry is preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience in Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies is a plus
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety guidelines
