Grails and Build Corp GAB Corp is currently looking for an Administrative Secretary that will be responsible in providing procurement and admin support to site operations of residential projects in Metro Manila.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Keeps manpower sheets updated and Handles payment summary of site workers;
• Manages procurement of materials to all projects requested by the Site Engineer;
• Spearheads encoding and documentation of turnovered receipts;
• Process building,and work permits for the mobilization of the projects;
• Handles the Liaison officers with assigned schedules and tasks;
• Performs other function-related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
