Toymate, the leading Toy Retailer in Australia, is seeking a Junior Accountant/Accounts Payable professional who is passionate about numbers and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting. As a Junior Accountant/Accounts Payable, you will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with internal controls.

Responsibilities:

• Process and post invoices to ERP system with accuracy

• Reconcile accounts at line level and escalate any price discrepancies

• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and complete deliveries

• Coordinate with stores to ensure compliance with invoice submission procedures

• Ensure stores scan through delivery invoices for processing

• Escalate non-compliant stores to operational management for follow up

• Manage Month-End Clean-up of Purchase Orders

• Prepare and provide summary reports to executive team More Detail
