Job Description:
• Provide support on S/4 HANA on all modules and submodules
• Responsible for handling system related user requests
• Responsible for configuration, system troubleshooting and debugging
• Gather user requirements, investigate, analyze and propose solutions to users
• Create/write functional Designs
• Perform Unit/Component/Integration Testing of new designs and developments
• Conduct User Training
• Coordinate with ABAP Developer for report development as needed
• Directly manage and provide leadership to the Functional Project Team and Process Team Leaders
