JOB PURPOSE

Collaborating with leaders, stakeholders, and HR COE to develop and implement HR plans and solutions that align with business needs. Serving as the HR expert for the Penang & Ipoh sites, offering guidance and support to staff and managers in people management and development.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Providing expert HR advice and support to managers and staff on various HR matters, including complex casework, performance, and employee relations.
• Advising management on employment issues and influencing them on people-related matters to enhance service performance.
• Identifying HR priorities from corporate and site business plans, translating them into effective HR practices, and delivering people solutions aligned with business objectives.
