**Responsibilities**:
Identify potential clients, and decision-makers within the client organization.

Develop business relationships with potential clients and turn this into increased business opportunities.

Collaborate with team to develop proposals that meet the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.

Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.

Plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with the company.

Work with the team to develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
