Main Purpose

Assist legal department members in all legal, regulatory and corporate tasks. Assistance to be provided with quality and responsibility. Will be Involved in all different types of tasks such as having control of all corporate mandatory obligations in several jurisdictions; assistance in the drafting of various legal documentation; assist in other matters when requested such as litigations controls. Person to have direct and fluent communication with other departments of the Company also with external law firms in several jurisdictions in LATAM region

Preparing board/committee meetings and taking the minutes, drafting necessary resolutions and preparing presentations, when requested
