Residential Conveyancer – Leicester city centre - Legal 500 Law Firm- 2 PQE +- Hybrid

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an 2+PQE Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a recognised Residential Property team based in Leicester . My client is looking for a solicitor or someone with 2+ years post qualification experience who has a solid background in Residential Property matters , who wishes to make a move into this exciting and continually growing area.

Responsibilities
• Manage your own caseload, including sales, purchases, transfers and re-mortgages of residential leasehold and freehold property (registered, unregistered, new builds)
• Carry out lease extensions and auction transactions
• Supervise junior fee earners and support staff
• Manage and build strong relationships with colleagues, clients and introducers
• Comply with all internal and external audits
• Share information and best practice with colleagues wherever possible
