To handle incoming enquiries for external clients and also to carry out proactive tasks to generate new external enquiries. Also to manage social media presence.

Responsibilities
• Employ sales skills to convert enquiries into confirmed business.
• Carry out proactive calling per week to generate site visits and sales meetings.
• Research new leads for potential sales calls/meetings.
• Maintain regular contact with past clients and enquiries employing sales skills to gain more enquiries and confirmations from these clients – key account management.
• Carry out tasks from the sales and marketing plan as directed by the sales manager.
• Communicate full understanding of CoventryConferences corporate objectives to all clients. (corporate and agents)
• Effectively manage venue diary to ensure optimum profitability of operation

2 years of Event / Meeting Sales experience – Desirable

Marketing experience - Desirable
