Overview:

A Document Controller of the business helps to record and issue design information for commercial and industrial building projects. Responsible for submitting and tracking the clients design information to and from our clients in a consistent and timely manner. Submission of O&M manuals and development of format for consistency across projects.

Responsibilities:
• Upload and download construction information documentation (drawings, specifications, technical submittals, material samples…) to/from Construction Document Management Systems CDMS / EDMS (ProCore, 4Projects, Aconex, BIM 360, Asite, Sharepoint …)
• Produce and update consistent Excel Drawing lists for each project where drawings are produced.
• Emailing & recording drawings issued to client for approval when CDMS is not being used
