Roles and Responsibilities.

Food & Beverage
• Assist with close of the hotel and wedding venues as instructed.
• Assist with front of house duties clearing tables and collecting glasses.
• Undertake Kitchen Porter duties when required during service.
• Polish cutlery in preparation for morning/next service.
• Set the restaurant in preparation for breakfast service.
• Set venues in preparation for the following day.
Reception
• Undertake comprehensive handover with reception team at the start and finish of each shift.
• Assist with late check-in’s, escorting guests to their room on arrival.
Security
• Perform regular security checks of the hotel and venues.
• Ensure all entry and exit points are secure.
• Maintain logs of all incidents and unusual occurrences
• Report all maintenance issues using the correct procedures.
Fire Safety and First Aid
• Be prepared to execute the evacuation plan if necessary.
• Be prepared to administer emergency first aid if required.
