Qualifications:
• At least with High school diploma or equivalent certification
• Physically Fit and can perform manual labor for long hours
• Knowledgeable with building and construction
• With experience in welding works, metal assembly and repairs
• Can do carpentry works and able to work in building scaffolding
• Familiar with commonly-used mason techniques, tools, and materials
• With experience in painting walls and fascade
• Can Install and maintain wiring, control, and lighting systems
• Capable of doing plumbing works and can identify plumbing problems
• Can install and repair pipes and fixtures that carry water, gas, or other fluids
• Able to use, repair and maintain machines and tools
• Can drive 4-wheel car and with driver’s license
• Willing to travel anywhere in Bicol for work assignments
