Role: Wind Energy Analyst
Duration: 1+ year initial contract
Location: Gentofte, Denmark

My client is a large renewable energy company who have many windfarms across the globe. They are looking for a Wind Energy Analyst to be able to work in the head office in Denmark.

Key tasks
• assess wind resources for utility-scale wind farms
• perform wind data analyses
• prepare wind farm layouts
• conduct energy yield analyses together with the associated uncertainty and losses
• strategic advice on technical scope and production optimization on projects covering both development and the operational portfolio
• ensure proper use of production profiles and alignment with other departments

Requirements:
• Extensive experience with wind resource and energy yield assessment
• Commercial understanding and mindset ensuring that yield analysis and derived recommendations are not done isolated but considering the value of the project as a whole.
