Location: New Town, Kolkata (Work from office)

Job Description
• 1- 3 years’ of proven work experience as a Non- IT Recruiter (India Market)
• Experience in end to end recruitment cycle.
• Ability to understand and explain job requirements for Non-IT roles.
• Previous experience working on Finance, Accounting, Field Sales, Marketing, Construction, Manufacturing and Engineering position is required
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search).
• Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype and structured).
• Working on different Job portal such as Naukri, Monster, and LinkedIn etc.
• Negotiate the rates/salary with the candidates.
• Make timely submissions and provide required information to the Account Managers.
• Maintain regular reports and MIS.
• Coordinate with the candidates for the interviews timings and joining formalities.
