Duties
• Analyzes requested travel (PCS, TCS, EDU, RAT, ERD, Separation) to validate authorities, advise on and apply respective allowances and entitlements.
• Generates and publishes travel orders and coordinates follow on actions with traveler.
• Maintains accurate documentation for military inspection/review preventing fraud, waste, and abuse.
• Records and maintains inventory records, and coordinates for processing.
• Provides logistical guidance on HHG weight limitations, transportation options, and air or freight procedures.
• Maintains liaison with the Scheduled Airline Travel Office (SATO) and coordinates reservation, purchase of, and issuance of tickets.
