**Job Description**
• *SCOPE OF WORK**

\- The Child Protection Officer is responsible for Child Protection (CP) activities in the areas affected by the crisis in the Southwest Region. He/she will ensure accurate and quality delivery of intervention and integration between Child Protection (CP), Protection and Rule of Law (PRoL), and Women Protection and Empowerment (WPE) through 3 work streams:
\- Overall improvement in the identification and referral of children at risk of abuse, violence, neglect and exploitation.
\- Improve monitoring of child protection trends in protection monitoring:
\- Capacity building of IRC team, specifically case management assistants and officers of WPE and PRoL programs, on child protection case management,
\- The Child Protection Officer will respect the principle of confidentiality of the information received during programme implementation.
