Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel & Restaurant Manager in Asuka Hotel & Restaurant (MM2100 Industrial Town) located in Cikarang Barat. The Hotel & Restaurant Manager will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the hotel including customer service, budgeting, revenue growth, and overseeing food and beverage services. The role requires strong leadership and business management skills.

Qualifications
• Understand and able to implement MICE, strong in organization, Leadership, Communication and Hotel Operations, as well as Digital Marketing Strategy
• Experience in General Management and Business Management skills
• Fluent in English (Verbal & Written)
• Ability to multitasking, flexibility & teamwork
• Proficient in using Ms. Office, Canva & Online Collaborative Tools
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Hotel & Restaurant Manager or a similar role
